Cairo – Mubasher: Cairo Educational Services said it submitted a disclosure request to the Egyptian Exchange in order to raise its issued capital from EGP 24 million to EGP 48 million.

The Egyptian Exchange stated that it is currently studying the company’s request and will pass it to the listing committee.

The company’s number of issued shares will increase from six million shares to twelve million shares at EGP 4 par value each following the capital hike.
